Buon Anniversario Bridge Street

Tuesday, February 15 marks the 1st anniversary of PPS Bridge Street. Primo Pizzaiolo Alex How has created a few dinner specials to celebrate the occasion! Come for one of Alex’s specials or for your favorite pie and your first glass of prosecco is on us!

Pizze – clams, tesa (Italian bacon), panna, red onion, chilis and garlic for $16

Primi – grilled stuffed squid with tomato and soffritto for $10

Dolci – caramelized lemon tart for $8

Join us in celebrating this special day! As my Nonno would say, “Molto especiale!”

Wednesday August 4th marks the 2nd anniversary of PPS Cook Street. Channel your inner Italian & Canadian and say, “Due Eh” for two.

Stop by Cook Street on Wednesday, wish us Buon Due Anniversario and we’ll toast together with a prosecco cocktail. Bravo!

Celebrate our 1 Year Anniversary with us!

Join us in the parking lot at 230 Cook Street this Saturday, August 15 between 2-5 p.m. Be one of the first to witness the grand unveiling of our new mobile wood-fired pizza oven and try a slice on us!

Buon Anniversario Pizzeria Prima Strada

Today’s the day! Pizzeria Prima Strada officially opened our doors one year ago today! A year later we still have much to smile about. Our thanks to all that have helped us make Prima Strada what it is today! Last year, in our excitement to open, we bypassed a Grand Opening celebration. We’ve got a little something in the works to celebrate August 5. It will be a few days from now but it will be grand! Stay tuned.

Da Michele in Naples (some say the best Pizzeria in the world), Lombardi’s, Patsy’s, Grimaldi’s and Totanno’s in NYC, Pizzeria Bianco in Arizona (Chris Bianco is a James Beard Award winning Pizzaiolo!), Una Pizza Napoletana in NYC (we still dream about Anthony Mangiere’s Filetti pie), Luzzo’s (around the corner from UPN in the East Village. The most amazing dough - the bread simply melts in your mouth), Pizzaiolo in Oakland, CA (Charlie Holliwell ran the oven at Chez Panisse for years), A16 and Delfina in San Francisco, Via Tribunali, Serious Pie and Tutta Bella in Seattle, Punch Pizza in Minneapolis and Pulcinella in Calgary.
